A regular hexagon is circumscribed about circle.  Another regular hexagon is inscribed in the same circle.  The midpoints of the sides of the larger hexagon coincide with the vertices of the smaller hexagon.  If the area of the smaller hexagon is 15 square units, what is the area of the larger hexagon?
