You decide to purchase a specific type of candle to burn at night. For these candles, one whole candle can be made from four candle stubs left in the candle holder after the candle burns down. If each candle burns down to a stub after each night, what is the least number of candles that you would need to purchase to guarantee 100 nights of candlelight?
