Two locomotives are traveling in opposite directions on parallel train tracks 100 feet apart.  The westbound locomotive is traveling at 30 feet per second while the eastbound locomotive is traveling at 50 feet per second. Once the locomotives pass each other, how many seconds will have elapsed when the diagonal between the locomotives forms a 45 degree angle with the train tracks?
