Jane owns a digital stopwatch that displays minutes and seconds. After she starts the stopwatch she notices that some of the times displayed are palindromes, that is, the number is the same when read either from left to right or from right to left. The stopwatch does not display any leading zeros for minutes. How many palindromes are there between 1 minute and 60 minutes?
